Program Description

*The immigration medical program provides comprehensive medical assessment and documentation for individuals applying for permanent residence. *Immunizations. *Tuberculin skin testing. *Laboratory testing. *Physical examination. *I-693 completion. *Appointments made by phone. *English/Spanish/Haitian Creole language spoken. *Language line translator services available for other languages.
