Program Description

The goal of the "It's yoUR Choice" program is to reduce teen preganacy in students enrolled in Manatee County School District. This program provides an abstinence-based, nationally researched program to middle school students in schools within higher risk zip codes. The School District of Manatee County, along with it's non-profit agency program partners, is committed to keeping our teens healthy, safe and focused on doing well in school. With this goal in mind, the "It's yoUR Choice" program provides a continuum of services including; education, counseling, before and after school programs, community outreach, medical providers and parenting classes.
