Program Description

We provide in-home respite services to families that have children with special needs and disabilities, including all siblings living in the home under the age of 18. Also provide resources and information to families.

Family member with a special need or disability age birth to 18. Program requires a completed application, personal in-home visit, signed releases, and a Copy of your most recent IRS 1040 for sliding scale fee consideration.
