Program Description

Intake Coordinators connect with pregnant and postpartum moms to discuss breastfeeding, safe sleep and healthy habits. Home-visiting program eligibility is determined and offered. Connection to local resources available. *English/Spanish language spoken.

Any female resident of Manatee County who is pregnant, as well as infants and children up to age three are eligible. Community and self-referrals are accepted. Participation is free and voluntary, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, marital or immigration status.
