Program Description

We Care Manatee matches eligible low income uninsured Manatee County residents with volunteer specialist based on referral from their primary care physician. If you are eligible for our programs and need to be treated by a specialist, our volunteer specialty physicians can provide you with free medical care, which may include diagnostic services and pharmaceutical assistance. The specialties we can refer you to may change depending on physician availability. **All of our patients must be between 18-64 years of age, a permanent resident of Manatee County, at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines with the inability to pay for the requested service.**
