* No income limits; services provided to the parent or guardian of a minor child(ren) where one parent is absent from the home. Services are available for relative caregivers also. Hours of operation are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. * Required documentation includes: social security cards, birth certificates and photo ID of the parent or guardian of the child(ren). Verification of income (if applicable) and other documentation necessary to take legal action will be requested. Contact local office for additional information on setting up a case and for other required documentation. * We do not establish or enforce visitation or custody.
