Emergency services with relation to food, clothing or shelter are limited to victims of disaster such as fire, flood, tornadoes, etc. Individuals with general economic concerns who need social services should be given information concerning WIC, Food Stamps, Community Bread Basket, Salvation Army, Goodwill, etc.
