Program Description

Manatee County Housing Authority provides public housing to families with extremely low income. All applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Applications are taken when spaces become available and will be advertised through the Bradenton Herald. Manatee County Housing Authority participates in HUD's Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program. This program connects low income families with community resources to help them achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence. The FSS program is only available to current public housing clients.
