Program Description

Transitional Development provides: Security deposits (if funds are available)to qualified applicants. If funding is available, assistance for qualified applicants with an eviction notice for current months rent. Apply by phone for appointment. A case manager interviews clients who must have an income source, provides them with housing information and works out a budget with them. Information and referral are also provided by phone. English and Spanish spoken.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Must have stable income, be able to provide documentation. Social Security cards and birth certificates for all family/household members, income and residency verification. Clients apply to 211 and are screened by phone for basic financial eligibility and residency requirements.
