Program Description

Healthy Start offers free support services to pregnant women in order to promote healthy birth outcomes. These services include: Parent education and support; Nutrition education / counseling; Smoking cessation counseling; Educational materials pertaining to prenatal care, birth and infant care; Information and referral to other community services and programs; Psychosocial assessments; Care coordination. *Spanish Language Available* Appointments made by phone.
