Program Description

Our services include well care maintenance, immunizations, school physicals, newborn and adolescent care. Our office is staffed with dedicated heatlthcare professionals. Each staff members is trained to maintain a professional atmosphere from the front office to our doctor. Emergency/After-Hours Contact Dr. Logan is oncall 24 hours a day. The office can be reached during normal office hours. If you need to reach the doctor after hours, call the office and have the answering service page the doctor. Appointments are available for well child checks, immunizations and sick visits. Emergency appointments are also available immediately. A friendly reminder call will be made by the staff the day before your scheduled appointment.
