Program Description
Replay Outreach, Inc exists to mobilize individuals, churches, and communities to reach at-risk and troubled youth in every local juvenile justice facility, school, and club; encouraging & guiding them to find their potential, passion, and purpose for their lives.
Our Success4Life training program is designed to encourage teens to uncover their unique purpose in life, learn to manage their behavior, and gain the skills necessary to be successful in the workplace. This is a training program with ongoing mentoring to build relationships with youth to help propel them forward. We utilize activities based learning to engage at-risk teens through life skills and vocational training, which is designed around success with an understanding of the factors that put them in situations susceptible for misbehavior, violence, substance abuse and even crime. The second component is on character development and life empowerment through mentorship and job shadowing. The end result is a roadmap to their future; which includes a Success4Life Game Plan.
Our mentoring allows that training to become ongoing throughout the year, with continued contact, engagement, and encouragement. The key to our mentoring is interest-based activities, events, groups, and clubs. Building deepening commitment with the youth to achieve their goals by a deepening relationship and encouragement by mentors will be our key mentorship objective.
