Step Up Suncoast, Inc. helps families maintain stability in their living arrangements by providing a variety of financial services targeted to help keep families in their homes. Families can receive information from a certified HUD counselor regarding the following:
First Time Homebuyer Classes (class schedule and documentation requirements available online at stepupsuncoast.org/housing.asp),
Pre-purchase Counseling,
Homeless Counseling,
Budget Counseling,
Renting,
Default,
Foreclosure, and
Credit issues.
