Program Description
GED Test Preparation Program
GED Preparation classes are for adults who are 16 years old or older, who are not enrolled in high school and who wish to improve their ability to pass the GED test. To give adults flexibility to prepare for this high-school equivalency exam, students may choose from two instructional methods: online or classroom. Our counselors will help you decide which option is best for you! Registration is ongoing.

Manatee Technical College is the official GED Testing Center for all of Manatee County. For more information on testing, visit www.GED.com.
If you are under the age of 18, you are required to complete the GED Underage Waiver.
To obtain an underage waiver, please visit our website at ManateeTech.edu to download the instructions and waiver.
