Program Description

We adopt families once per week for 8 consecutive weeks and provide them with all the ingredients needs to make the meal of the week. We include a step by step video and written instruction on how to prepare a meal that is budget friendly and nutritional at the same time. Our goal is to assist families with their immediate need to place food on the table coupled with the life skill of healthy cooking.
