Program Description
All families who are interested in setting up their home environments for high quality play so their young children will be ready for school success.
Setting up the home environment emphasizes planning play spaces and choosing the right type, arrangement and number of toys/materials based on the child's developmental age. These services include use of outside spaces, providing clear pathways for safety, lighting, ventilation, colors, music, displaying artwork and proper rotation of play materials.
All consultations are based on how an understanding of child development and play experiences can fit into everyday routines leading to cooperation.
