Program Description

We provide Outpatient Opioid Use Disorder treatment for those individuals struggling with using drugs such as heroin or pain pills. We provide weekly small group therapy for one hour with a licensed therapist and/or addictions certified counselor. You will meet with our provider to get your Suboxone prescription to help with withdrawals and cravings. You will also have access to a peer support specialist and our care navigator to help with other issues you may be facing in life.
