Program Description

*Program available 24/7 *Provides ambulatory and inpatient, medically monitored Detox services from alcohol or drugs for adults, age 18 and over. *Psychiatric evaluation, nursing, physical health, HIV/AIDS assessments provided. *Education on the disease of addiction and recovery process provided through daily group sessions. *Medication prescriptions provided as needed. *Walk-ins accepted for evaluation. *Interpreter services can be arranged for.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Meet criteria for ambulatory detoxification; Evaluation completed at Manatee Glens Hospital ACCESS Center 18 years or older; Able to participate in group treatment sessions. *Family Education day held on Sundays.
