Once registered will provide law enforcement who you want notified on your behalf in the event of any emergency be medical or accident. TIFF was created in memory of Tiffiany Marie Olson who was in fatal crash in Palmetto Florida. Because no emergency contact program existed it took over 6 hours for her mother to be notified, she was 15 minutes away. One mothers efforts are nearly 18 million registered in Florida alone with 15 states following in our footsteps. Being registered is not something to put off till tomorrow.
