Program Description

Life can pose plenty of challenges and moments of distress, and these experiences can overwhelm our ability to manage life. The Womens Resource Center is proud to offer low-cost individual, couples, and family counseling with fully qualified mental health professionals to help you navigate these challenges. Our short-term counseling program consists of 10 sessions where youll be heard and cared for, with your first session free with an intake counselor to help you find the best care. If our short-term counseling is not the right fit, our counselors can refer you to more alternative treatment options.
