Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Kims Krew services are via referrals only, ensuring care reaches those most in need during a health crisis. Individuals must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Currently Experiencing a Health-Related Crisis: The client is experiencing a short-term or chronic health crisis either physically or mentally that limits their ability to access food sources safely. 2. Experiencing Barriers to Food Sources: The client's household is unable to access food sources safely such as grocery stores, traditional food pantries, etc, due to health-related issues that fulfill their dietary needs. 3. Actively Engaging with a Kim's Krew Referral Partner: The client must be actively working with a Kim's Krew Referral Partner such as a medical or social agency with case management/navigation/social work support. A referral is required every month, this is done via kimskrew.org/contact. 4. Understanding Kims Krew is Temporary Support: The client understands Kims Krew services are designed to provide up to 30 days of food and essential items delivered. Extensions are not guaranteed, and referrals must be renewed monthly. Kim's Krew can only deliver to a household 6 times within a 12-month period. - *Kim's Krew can NOT deliver to any facility with a soup kitchen, food pantry and/or that serves food. Kim's Krew can only deliver to a household 6 times within a 12 month calendar year.​
