A positive pregnancy test can be frightening. You are not alone. Hundreds of women and young ladies facing unexpected, unplanned pregnancies have walked through the doors of North River Care. We will help you to understand about pregnancy- what is happening in your body with both you and your baby, through personal one on one support, educational videos and written information. We want YOU to be able to make an educated and informed decision.
