Special Day Foundation is a private, charitable 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of special needs children and adults through nature-based opportunities in recreation/social experiences and specialized dental services, one Special Day at a time.

Special Day Foundation recognizes the need to provide a safe, fun and adventurous environment that challenges people with special needs to reach their true potential, above and beyond their basic care needs. Providing nature-based and various social event opportunities, away from the ordinary daily obstacles, allows those with special needs to experience the sights, sounds and feel of what the world has to offer. These experiences help to improve physical mobility, sensory and social development, and provide opportunities for inclusion into the general community.
