Program Description

*This program includes group and individual therapy with a focus on Early Recovery. *Education is provided on the Disease Concept of Addiction, definition of recovery, how to sustain recovery, Relapse Prevention, Nutrition, Prevention, Occupational Therapy, Leisure/Recreation, 12 Step Meetings, coordination with TANF services and various other outside referrals for vocational, educational, medical and legal issues. *Appointments are made by phone. *Interpreters can be provided.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Must meet ASAM criteria for residential level of care which includes previous treatment attempts, legal history, medical issues related to substance use, family issues, family history of Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse.
