Program Description

*Intensive community-based treatment to families and children who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to mental health or co-occurring disorder and related complex issues for whom traditional services are not/have not been adequate. * Services include but not limited to psychiatric, therapy, case management, mentoring, on-call, crisis, advocacy and support
