Program Description

The Code Enforcement Division is responsible for the enforcement of the Manatee County Land Development Code and FSS 82-321 Lot Mowing. We respond to over 10,000 complaints a year in the unicorporated areas of Manatee County covering over 700 square miles. If you have any questions or would like to file a complaint, please contact the Code Enforcement Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.
