Program Description

Operating from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Eligible applicants receive free legal advice and referrals. Staffed by attorneys and paralegals who can answer your questions. Referrals for additional legal assistance may be made to a number of legal assistance organizations. Generally, applicant income must be within 125% of federal poverty guidelines. Asset limits and citizenship or permanent residency status may apply. Applicants must live in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee or Sarasota Counties. Free legal advice is given for civil legal problems only (traffic, personal injury, and Worker's Compensation cases also excluded).
