Program Description
The Diagnostic Clinic at Easterseals Happiness House provides Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations (CDE) to clients aged two through adulthood. We have two licensed clinical psychologists on staff who are qualified to diagnose Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities and any disorder listed in the DSM-5. These evaluations equip individuals, parents, teachers and caregivers with the necessary tools to address the varied needs of the clients we serve.
Insurance companies often require a CDE to approve needed behavioral therapy services.
Clients receive appropriate recommendations for school and other needed services.
Doctors utilize the CDE report to provide needed medical intervention.
Other social services can be made available with a proper diagnosis.
A sliding fee scale is available to qualifying clients.
